Tim and Stephanie helped us find a great house in a great community. The market was a seller's market, and Stephanie made sure that we could quickly get to see a house. Tim and Stephanie never asked us to change an appointment. They always said yes to any appointment request wether it was to view a home or have the home inspected.

Stephanie was consistently responsive to our many requests, knowledgeable, and efficient in completing the many tasks leading up to closing on our house. She was very good about keeping us up to date as the closing process proceeded. She responded to calls and emails promptly and courteously. She was pleasant to work with throughout the process.

Working with Kate Puckhaber was an excellent and easy experience. My home was sold in less than 6 weeks AND I got the full asking price for my home, which was amazing!!! My wife and I flew down from CT to start the search for a retirement home. Even though we are a year away from purchasing, Paige was kind enough to set up a day of showings and travel to show us homes in multiple areas to give us a flavor for the different neighborhoods and towns. She was extremely well prepared with all the facts for the homes we saw and the towns they were in and had handouts prepared for us with all the facts. If you are looking for a great Realtor, Abby Suarez is your person! She helped my husband and I find our first home.
