Mikki is a very honest, ethical and kind person. She is always quick to respond to client concerns. It was a complicated transaction and she always kept everyone's best interests in mind when coordinating the sale.

Kate gets two thumbs up! I would give her more if I had more thumbs. She began lining up open houses and showing the home very quickly and we had offers the first week! Kate placed a higher value on the home which helped us to get more money than any other realtor offered. After the sale and before closing she made sure we were kept up-to-date and answered all our questions/concerns. Kate is a top-notch professional.
Shannon Jones is an amazing agent and person! Trying to buy from out of state, she made it very easy. She was very accommodating, meeting us any time we asked, always available by phone, etc. She went out of her way to make sure we were informed and taken care of. She is also very knowledgeable about the Charleston area and the ins and outs of real estate, very professional. I would definitely recommend Shannon to anyone interested in pursuing real estate in Charleston.

We can't thank Healthy Realty enough! We started conversations with Abby while we still lived up in CT and were looking to move down. She did everything possible to help us out from affar including visiting houses for us and taking videos. We finally found our dream home once we moved down and started seeing houses with her.
