We had our first servicing of our HVAC system through our bi-annual service contract with H. B. McClure today and couldn't be happier! The technician who arrived, Martin D. couldn't have been nicer or more knowledgeable about our system. Bryan called before arriving to see if it was ok for him to be early, great. He did his job in a pro fashion and when I asked him a question about extending my feed and exhaust pipes because of snow covering them in high snows in the winter, he checked their lengths and # of elbows and told me they were at their max for my equipment.
Bryan took care of the yearly maintenance on my heat pump and a/c today. He replaced the electrical capacitor in the outdoor unit to ensure its continued performance. I appreciate Bryan's knowledge, efficiency and his pleasant personality.
Keith did a fantastic job. My husband and I are very happy with the work done and quick response. Keith is very skilled at his job and he explained everything in great detail. I also need to replace some very old bathroom faucets that are situated on very old tile that is in excellent shape and Keith was very helpful by explaining what would be involved. I was so happy with the service provide. I was told that Keith will be at my house between 2:30 and 4:30 and he showed up early, that was great. He was very polite and he explained in detail everything to me. He did a fast and a great job. We totally recommend this company.
Keith was prompt, polite, proficient. He answered all my questions and was prepared to answer any additional ones. We will be ongoing customers as a result of his courtesy and professionalism.
