This is a very predatory interested only in making money, and not providing good customer service. I recently had a top of the line Bock water heater start leaking after only 4 years. They serviced it the whole time with a premier plan and yet I just found out that they had never checked the anode rod, which was completely corroded away. It was not under warranty and they would not work with me to replace it or even agree to check the anode rods at their annual checks.
RecommendedTechnician arrived ahead of scheduled time and was personable and professional. He explained the problem and replaced the parts to replace our furnace. I would recommend the technician for any furnace issues.

Brian arrived during the appointment window, and explained what the problem was with my heat pump and how it needed to be fixed. He was friendly and not condescending.

Our home heating and cooling system has always been taken care of by HB McClure so when the cold snap a few weeks ago took it's toll on Sarges Athletic Performance Centers system I gave them a call. In the middle of sub zero wind chills and what had to be the busiest week of the year so far, a tech (Trey) was out that same evening.
