Martin did a great job and worked very hard on resolving a serious problem with my heat pump involving a faulty thermostat! What I liked best was the consultation between the support mechanic at the office and Martin, the mechanic at my home! The thermostat was replaced and the heat pump is now working normally! The job took 5 hours and was satusfactorilyncompleted! The $200!cost was well worth it!

HB McClure is our go to company for heat pump, plumbing and any other service we need. Today Jason and Brandon were here to clean out duct work. They were extremely polite and very thorough in the service. We recommend HB McClure whenever we’re can. We have dealt with them for about 40 years.
I called this morning reporting that I did not have hot water. Robin said that she would put in an order for service. Jason and another gentleman came and took care of the problem. I am more than thankful for the quick service, and for Jason fixing the problem. Thank him again for me. Judy Barner
