My AC unit was not working, so I called HB McClure. Bryant the technician was very knowledgeable on what was wrong with my unit. He explained to me for future things that I should have in case of a power outage. He was very professional and friendly I will recommend him to anyone I know that may have problems with they HVAC.

Just got a new heat pump installed in our rental property. We got a name brand unit for thousands less than a local competitor. The system was installed on the day that I requested, the installers were right on time, finished early and left the basement looking just as clean as when they started. When employees of an hvac praise a fire on FB? I start to question the business practice and ethics of the company they work for. Way to go Mr. Greg Higgins, your lack of decorum and concern for the city your company is based in just cost you at least one potential customer. That type of vitriol for a tragic situation is uncalled for and not of the professionalism I would expect from this or any corporation. #DoGoodBusiness
