We've been using you since we purchased our home for all of our plumbing and heating needs with no complaints. But today I want to comment on your company culture. It's election day. If you looking for someone to perform an energy audit this is not the place that you would like to deal with it. I had an Energy audit done by this company with the promise that I will get $250 rebate from the energy company, that they will do all the paperwork necessary to get it done, but I've been waiting for almost a year and all I get is excuses and no one's know how to Get this issue resolve. Seems like they don't have no clue what they doing.

Judd helped us to navigate our way through all of the choices of replacement heat pump units to find the most cost effective solution. His presentation was thorough, professional and much appreciated. We never felt pressured to purchase anything that was not exactly right for us. Had them install a natural gas line . After multiple issues on dig day, which included not following path discussed and tacking the line on the outside of the house instead of underground. After a few months the line was visible at the surface (was supposed to be burried 12 inches). They had to come and redig the entire project. In the process of re digging they broke my vinyl fence and left without a word about it. They get one extra star because after I complained, they fixed the issues and fence, but i would not use again... read more

wow. my propane tank went empty and i hadnt scheduled a delivery because iw as pretty sure I had a few week's worth left. well, i did, but because of the 3 feet of snow, i couldnt go out and keep tabs on it to reorder or to even get to my tank. needless to say, being in the house more than normal i went through that propane quicker than expected. i finally was able to dig out and make a path and i call and they say they were just in the area, so probably by early next week i could have some more propane. i called at around 1... read more

Totally unhappy with my dig work. They didn't listen to what I wanted and instead did what they wanted. Now my yard is a muddy mess ease they didn't listen to me. Now when it rains my garage floods. Plus the guy who did the estimate tells me one thing then the dig guy shows up and tells me something completely different. Dig guy tells me the guy who does estimates doesn't really know much about dig work. I've never regretted having work done so much in my life. I'll never use them again.
