I have been a customer for approximately 15 years and am completely satisfied. Technicians are friendly, prompt, and qualified. When there has been a problem, it was quickly remedied. When I have dealt with phone representatives I have the feeling that they know me personally (even though I know they don't).
I had them come out and clean my furnace and A/C. I also asked the wonderful gentleman to scope out my duct work because I thought I had a hole. He did all of this and then some. I had a part I needed replaced. Had it on the truck and in within no time. I had questions on possibly updating my system and he answered all my questions in a language I could understand. Very professional! 100% recommend. Customer service was exactly what it should be! Awesome work.
Terrible company that I would not recommend to anyone. Do not waste your time and money.
