I'll start with what I liked about this place, because it will be short and easy to get out of the way first. Hawks Pointe is relatively cheap, the maintenance team is great and always on the ball with fixing maintenance requests, overall, the staff is nice, and it's shelter with heat, which is better than nothing. I have lived here for many years. They give us really good food throughout the year. Love what Teddy brings us!
We've lived here about 2 months now and we love it! Convient to downtown, KU, fast food, and on the bus line. Maintenance is very nice and helpful. Office people seem nice. Not too crazy but not boring! Only complaint is it seems everyone forgot no one likes stepping in their dogs poop. I seen the same one person pick up after their dog, everyone else just let's them go everywhere. Definitely can't let the kids play in the grass. *Edited* Now it's been about 7 months! Our lease with HawksPointe has been great so far. The maintenance crew; Brent and his staff are very responsive and usually have our requests fixed within a day or two at most. They even replaced our washer / dryer unit! Tadros and the staff at HP1 have been very professional in handling our lease. Working with us, and making us feel at home. Would recommend meeting with Tadros if you're looking for housing near campus.
The first apartment I've ever lived in and it has been great they are willin to help with anything and everything I feel right at home here
Love these apartments! They have such a homey feel. I live in a Large Sophomore and have made it my home away from home! Perfect size for a single, and not to small that you feel crapped.
Management can be helpful and location is awesome! However, there are many needed updates on buildings.
Great friendly staff and management with a great location.
I have heard nothing but wonderful things about this place and a gods friend of mine loves living here! Rock Chalk!
