RecommendedI've been living here for coupla years. the place is really good and affordable, the staff are awesome and very friendly.
They're very understanding about many things, attentive, and they usually have something cool going on for everyone, it's a great first choice
I've lived here going on 2 years, and I love it. The office staff is very attentive to their residents. The free WiFi and cable comes in handy and is helpful when it comes time to paying bills; because it's one less bill that needs to be paid. Also the staff goes out of their way with providing free lunch, dinners, desserts to the residents as well. It's a nice place to stay, especially when you're a college student.
They've got to be the best apartments ever! Rock Chalk Jayhawks!

The staff was very nice and took their time to show us around and answer our questions. Very good location to the KU campus and clean.
My shower door was literally disassembled sitting in my living room when I moved in. Would not recommend. Very excited to be moving out.
