I would recommend not living here because management is slow to acknowledge requests, apartments are unkept, and the grounds have trash everywhere.
I have been living at Hawks Pointe for a year now, and plan on staying another! The staff is so friendly and the location is great, especially being a KU student. Love this place!

Hawks Point has the Best Staff and Management in Town!! All it's about is communication, they will work with U to achieve the best outcome!! Weekly Food for Residents and Fun FB contests for KU Game tickets!! Yep this Guy won n had a great night out on Hawks Point!! Recommend U check it out before signing anywhere else, I recommended to myself for another year lol!!
