I love how friendly everyone at Hawks Pointe is! The staff is great and the apartments are nice! :)
Emily in housing management has been nothing but helpful! I was worried about rent being paid on time and she assured me I'd have a 4 day grace period which helps so much! At our other apartment we expressed concern w rent, mostly because our checks never came in right when rent was due. We were told by our management "we aren't here to care, we're here to collect". This is not the case w hawks pointe, they have been nothing but helpful and I look forward to moving in!
Hawks Pointe is not not the fanciest apartment complex in America, however it is by far the best dollar for dollar complex. The staff, especially Teddy, go out of their way to make sure everything is correct and the residents are happy. I have lived here for three years and I have never had an issue they didn't fix right away. I could not recommend living here enough. On top of the great service, the office is constantly stocked with free food and coffee. Live here and you will not regret it!
It's really a great place for KU students. The office staffs are kind & helpful. I actually love its office. They respond very quickly in every matter. I'm happy that I've started my apartment life here.
Love love love KU basketball.....have been a life long fan!!!!
