I live in Hawks Pointe I and I absolutely love it. It's a great location, close to campus and downtown, and the people who work in the office are great! I love the new paint and new look of the buildings. I would definitely recommend living here!

Hawks Pointe III is the perfect location to live. It takes me less than 10 minutes to walk to class (& no hills!) Overall, the location is what drew me in. The maintenance gets things done when need be, and they will listen to any requests you have.
I have a friend who lives here and I love it. Looking for a new place in the future and Hawks pointe is definitely an option!
Really close to campus and the Oread too! So great location, clean looking, and good parking.
