I was really enjoying my experience with Hawks Pointe until recently I found out that I would not receive back my deposit and I would owe hundreds of dollars. The reasoning? I moved out an hour late. I was friendly with the staff & even did a story on the complex. I payed all of my rent/utilities on time. I kept the place very clean. However, there was no tolerance for my simple mistake. So remember: MOVE OUT BY NOON OR YOU WILL PAY, BIG TIME! Good luck, fellow college students.

DO NOT LEASE. Apartments are poor quality, overpriced, and basically a scam. Hawks pointe has lost my rent 4 times over the last year, and most of the time I don't even get a notification until like a month later when late fee charges are high. Even if my check is cashed they will still add late fee charges because no one knows which check goes to which account. The manager is decent but every one else that works there is a complete moron. Please DO NOT EVER live here. I stayed way too long out of connivence and poverty. This place has manager after manager. And getting things fixed is a nightmare. They also altered my lease. Illegal!
