Very clean and good location for apartments, friendly staff as well!
No better option as far as price and location is concerned, truly cant beat it. Teddy is the big man in charge and he is one of the nicest dudes you'll meet. Maintenance staff is always friendly and speedy as well. They also have a lot of events where you can win prizes and eat chipotle which is clutch. Ill miss living here!

Although I have not moved in yet I am more then excited to get to Lawrence and move it. That moving process was not fun and then I found Hawks pointe apartments and it has been such an easy move so far! Can’t wait to live in this amazing community!
Very helpful and friendly staff always offering assistance with anything. Often times have snacks and food in the office for tenants, such as food during finals week.
I love hawk pointe apartments and I will and have been recommending them to my fellow Wal-Mart coworkers and friends. Teddy And Emily are/have been very helpful in situations I have been in that is the only reason I am still here. Plus, the apartments are amazing.
Location is the best thing about this apartment complex for sure!! The physical apartments could use some upgrades, and definitely aren’t the nicest but you’re paying for the location more than the actual living space in my opinion. The management is always nice and keeps the grass cut, comes when you have an issue, and is always super pleasant when you come into the leasing office!
