Very nice complex: apartments are clean, well matched and big. The location is pretty, the pool area is great and there is also a beach volleyball court. Hawks landing is well located: the best thing is that is close to the airport, which is perfect for international students. The staff is friendly and kind, especially Rafael who helped me a lot during my permanence at HCC
This is a really nice place for students! One of my friends used to live there, and I really liked the place even though I wasn’t the one living there. Rafael, one of the stuff members, was always very helpful and nice to us. He really knows what he’s doing.

Hawks Landing has been such a great place to live! The staff and security has made my freshman year so memorable. Rafael especially has never failed to greet me every time he has seen me. All in all, I enjoy living here
Great service. They make you feel like home. It is completly recommended.
Living in Hawks Landing can be very challenging. Especially when it comes down to paying the rent. But, it’s worth it because people who’s like me, fresh out of high school, it gave us an opportunity to see how the real world is and see what’s it’s like to live on your own. But overall, it’s a nice place to live and Austin and Raphael was really good people.
