This company fraudulently charged me $1000.00 and put my credit into collections. All the rooms are trashed and have a roach issue. No security, constant drug and robberys. I now owe (Carter-Young collections) $1000.00 for a $750 payment yet they were supposed to take it out of florida pre paid. Ashley and Rebecca manage the apartment complex flawlessly. They work well with HCC students and are very accommodating!
I was looking for an apartment to move away from home and I am super happy I found this one. The property is beautiful and the rooms are updated. Alex was super helpful in answering any and every question that I had thought of and I cannot wait to move in!
The staff is super nice Christian and Ashley are super helpful. Whenever there is a problem they try to solve it quick and there's never an issue afterwards.
I have lived at Hawk’s Landing for four years. I have had very few, if any problems. Meischa (front desk) is wonderful and always willing to help me when I need it. She always has a smile on her face and makes me feel welcome. I love seeing her when I walk in. Thank you to all who make my living experience here GREAT!
Wifi Never works. Why am I paying for something that doesn’t work?
Hawks Landing is a great place to stay with an incredibly professional team. They’ve solved the few issues that I’ve had while here both quickly and kindly. I can’t recommend this complex enough. Great value for the apartment size.
