I love living here! Being a student we really get more than what we pay for. It's super convenient to to live across the street and to be in walking distance. Most apartments in the area are double the price and don't have the amenities we do. I haven't had any issues with my apartment but I know if I need anything worked on or fixed they would get it done rather quickly. I stayed at Hawks Landing during the 2016 summer while I was going to HCC. Hawks Landing felt like home! Great location for any HCC student. Hawks was my home away from home. The front office staff really cared about the residents. One staff member id especially like to thank would be Austen! Every time I had an issue he would help me right away! Thank you all Hawks Landing staff for making my 2016 summer a rememberable one.
I really love it here! It’s my first time being away from home. And it feels like home here in a way! Also They are sooo helpful here I always ask Ashley for help at the next! Very sweet and Resourceful! My Boyfriend visits here all the time and loves it as well! ��
I worked at hawks landing over the summer and really enjoyed it. It's a great place for incoming HCC students to live. They offer lots of great amenities and you can't beat the proximity to the school.
Close to campus which is nice for people who long board everywhere

Hawkslanding is a great apartment for an international student like me. Its location is near to the airport and the environment is good too. Don't even have to mention how nice the staffs are. I need to go back to my home this summer, and I was two days late for my lease renewal. I was going to move from a two-bedroom to a four-bedroom. Luckily someone canceled their bookings a few days ago and the staffs rearranged my lease so I don't have to move anymore, what a life saver!
