Hawks Landing is such a nice place for students! I used to live there, and I loved it! It’s right across the street from HCC Dale Mabry campus, it’s close to the airport, close to international mall, and it’s only 15 min away from Downtown! There are definitely things to do around this location. The stuff of Hawks Landing is also pretty awesome. Rafael helped me out a lot while I lived there, and he was always really nice to me.

Apartments are clean and well kept and the pool area is great. Staff is friendly, I had an issue the other day and when I went to the office I spoke with Rafael and he sorted everything out. Have really enjoyed my time living here.
Great place for meeting new people. Wanna give a special shout out to Rafa who helped me since the very first day I moved in here. Highly recommended place to live in.
