RecommendedHawks Landing is a great place for both international and national students! Apartments are nice and comfortable, it’s close to school, Tanner and Rafael (staff members) are really awesome and are always promoting nice events for residents like the Grill & Chill in the pool area! I totally and certainly recommend hawks landing to any student from anywhere in or outside the US!

Living there was a horrible experiance. No matter how many maintenance requests were made, nothing got fixed. Cockroaches were everywhere. I bought all different types of insecticide and yet I would find at least 10 a day. There were many nights where people would be screaming, fighting, and blasting music outside. Security harassed me instead of making me feel safe. Even after I moved out they are harassing me by trying to find things to charge me for!
Hawks landing is a awesome place for students with all the amenities for any student to feel confident and comfortable while going to school. Administrator Rafael Moreira is wonderful at helping students and parents get aquatinted with the process to move in an feel home. ! Great place!

Hawks Landing is a great apartment complex. The location is perfect, it’s close to the airport and has several shopping plazas close by. The amenities are great, and the apartments are comfortable and clean. A special thanks to Rafael Moreira, he was amazing; extremely helpful and cordial. He answered all my questions and was very patient.
Hawks Landing rooms look very clean and nice. It is a few meters from the College and close to main roads and shopping centers. The attention is excellent, they answered all my questions thanks to Rafael Moreira
Hawks Landing is a perfect option for local and international students, it's closed to the airport and has a good restaurant close by. I recommend 100% because of the customer services offered by Mr Rafael Moreira is really helpful
