I highly reccomend Hawks Landing Apartaments. The student can enjoy leaving in a very clean, nice and beautiful place and which is priceless .. the near they are from the College. Love people that work there and Rafael Moreira is really great, very cooperative with the students and of a great help for them .. Congratulation Rafael you are the maximun.
Honestly, I am surprised how well kept this apartment complex is! These apartments are even better than any dorm at any University in the Tampa Bay Area... Affordable, Safe and great customer service, especially from Rafael
Hawks Landing is a great Place for international students! two of my sons have stayed in this apartment complex and they have made great friends from all over the world! it was hard for them to get used to living by themselves at the beginning but after a few months they adapted to the dorm-like environment.
I have a friend who studies there and the orientation of Rafael Moreira has been very good for him, he always helps him in the things he needs to know, it's very good!!
As a college student that has lived in a few different apartment complexes I would definitely rate hawks landing as superior to all of the other. Not only is it up to date and new, but it also offers fantastic amenities such as a game area, a gym, a great pool, and a sand court. Because I'm a volleyball player, the sand courts were always just a fun place to gather some of my teammates and others willing to play, and just play around for a couple hours. If I had to recommend a place to any of my friends whose kids are planning to go to college, it would be Hawks Landing. They make the transition so easy for students to step out of their parents home and live by their own. i have to give a special Shoutout to Rafael For such an amazing customer service. Any doubt we had with either the apartments or the college, he was able to answer them without hesitation.
Hawks Landing is an excellent place for foreign students to live, Rafael Moreira always gives great support to new students.
My son has lived in hawks landing for around 2 semester and so far he loves living there. He has made good friends and he is always into something. Thanks to Rafael for introducing my son to all of his new friends!
Hawks staff is great! Specially Rafa, the guy who works in front and lives here. He is always there to help the residents with whatever they need.
