I recently had the opportunity to travel from Toronto to Tampa to visit my daughter who's attending HCC. Hawks landing is by far the best student residency I've been to and It was a pleasure to Rafael assist me with directions on my way out of the complex.
Hawks Landing Apartments is a really great place to live! You can have your own privacy as you are able to have your bedroom and bathroom. Also, the staff is very helpful, especially Rafael who is always supporting me with anything I need. He is awesome!!
Hawks landing is a great place for foreign as well as national students. It is located in front of the HCC Dale Mabry campus so you can walk there in less than 5 minutes. The staff is always friendly. Rafa helped me a lot when I was first moving in. The apartments are nice; they have personal bathrooms for each resident and the room rates come with all amenities included. I highly recommend you coming here.
The customer service is excellent... I traveled from Miami to Tampa to get to know these apartments and it was worth it. The person who treated me did it so well that making a decision had never been so easy for me. Thanks to Rafael Moreira for so much patience and for the excellent treatment!
Hawks Landing is great community to live. It’s very nice especially having your own room. The amenities are awesome and as much as I have to leave, I don’t want to. I’ve been here for 5 semesters and Rafael has been an amazing with my stay here. If I had an issue I would ask him and he would get it solved right away. He is great employee

Super friendly staff and atmosphere. I’ve been living here for two years now, and I’ve had a great time. Rafael is the best leasing consultant I’ve ever come across.
This place is great for local and international students. I went there for a tour and Rafael Moreira helped me a lot because he could explain me in Spanish when I didn't understand in English. He was patient with me and gave me every detail I needed.
Rafael is my special friend. He always helps out in the office and makes sure that everything is running accordingly. We appreciate you Rafa!
