This place is the worst apartment to live in, the apartment rules ate so dumb if you live here you can not park your car unless u have a parking decal which is 20$ extra to your rent this place is very disgusting ive seen 2 roaches on top of my roof my first night living here they are charging me 615$ a month to live in this crappy place the walls are so thin you can here the person that lives next to you just talking. If i can rate this a 0 i would i honestly feel like it should be shut down or something.
Hawks Landing is so awesome! They host events almost every 2-3 weeks and the office service is great! :)
Living at Hawks Landing is the best decision any student can make, especially if you're international like myself! It is convenient being right across from the Dale Mabry campus, safe with 24 hour security on shift, clean and the staff is super helpful and nice! :) At first I was skeptical about moving here after I read some of the reviews but I am so glad I did not let that affect my decision to come here and I am more than happy to be apart of the Hawks landing community:)
I honestly have had the best experience at hawks. The plp in the front office are always nice and helpful, and maintenance is always fast and get things done on the first day. I would 100% recommend hawks landings to anyone and everyone.
Living here will give you a smooth stress free atmosphere and without a doubt a great social living space. I would highly recommend living in the 4 pod because the more friends you make the better memories you will make. It is very diverse and easy to adapt too, the workers are amazing and are vey flexible when it comes to a problem, especially Austin he's great. Don't think about moving in, just pack your bags and head on in to your new home!
I'm currently living at hawks landing and I couldn't be happier Especially with the computer lab and weight room is open 24/7
Hawks is a very convenient place to stay. The fitness room, the pool area, the lounge room and the volleyball court all make for good interaction at Hawks. The up to date lab room is a great place to study and do homework. The people at the front desk are very kind and helpful in comforting your stay at Hawks. Great location right across the school. Your stay is what you make out of it.
I've lived at Hawks Landing for almost a year and so far I've met some pretty cool people. The staff is awesome (Austen is the best, but so is Tanner) and so are a lot of the residents.
We have had our international students live at Hawks Landing for over four years now, and outside of the common, petty dorm living issues, there have been very few incidents. The staff at Hawks Landing has been more than accommodating for all of our students, and it is quite a luxury for HCC students to have an on-campus living option where they are guaranteed their own bedrooms and their own bathrooms.
