Hawks is what you make of it. It is very versatile, so if you need your space and quiet you will like it . It also has a lot of places to gather, and meet people if your a social person. Staff is Nice as well, and Security is 5 star.
Hawks Landing is a great place to live for both domestic and international students that know that are ready for their next step in life. Maintenance is quick and efficient when issues arise. Management is filled with chill people that provide a laid back atmosphere where they're receptive to anything thst may arise. I've enjoyed my two years here and surely you will as well.

I'm Sam and I've been at hawks landing for almost a year. And since I've been here I met amazing people and staff here. Its easy to find a place to fit in here. I say its a great place to have fun and focus on school. Note that the school is like right across the street. So its easy to get to school. Hawks also have a lot of free food events.
Living at Hawks landing has been a great learning experience for me. I have to admit, I don't always get the best roommates. As a person who is fascinated to acquire new culture and experiences, I discovered that the majority of the problems that incurred within my apartment is due to roommate tensions. Hawkslanding really is a great place to live when you first want to move out of home. The management is easy to talk to, and they will try their best to help you out. It is easily accessible to the college for students with no car, but everything needed is in walking distance. The security system is great and secure. The only problem I really ever had was security guards from time to time, but I'm guessing that is really because others aren't obeying the rules.
My name is Bradley I was supposed to move into Hawks landing last semester but was unfortunately unable to go because of a serious accident which I was involved in where I was in the hospital for weeks. You guys I recently seen have been emailing me about 615 dollars that needs to be paid in order for me to move in etc now that I'm unable to attend any school I'm stuck with a bill of 615 dollars which is I feel very very unfair now I need to talk to the person who is in charge of the Apartment leases So I can see about this ... read more
