A great place for college students. Everyone has their own room with a personal bathroom. You'll always feel safe since security here is tight but they are all so very helpful an welcoming. You'll feel right at home!

Hawks landing staff has to be one of the best things about hawks landing. They are always doing things aside from their job like throwing pizza parties , serving breakfast. Their just great people to be around

I lived at Hawks landing for almost a year now and It's the best! The management there is very friendly and so helpful. It was my first time signing an lease and Austen, the leasing consultant, was very patient with me and explained everything! It's a great opportunity to meet so many different people especially If it's your first year in college. I've made so many great friends and great memories here. I highly recommend students to sign a lease here! You will not regret it.

I really love it here at hawks. I have 3 really amazing roommates that are like family, and most importantly I feel safe in my apartment.

I moved to hawks landing last year and I feel that I couldn't have picked a better place to live for my first few years of college. It's a great place to meet people from HCC, the rooms are well cleaned and there are always plenty of activities. The best part was having the pleasure to do business with their leasing consultant Austen Morgan. Austen made the process a very enjoyable one with his outstanding attitude and dedication, I really felt like I was a part of the Hawks family by the time I was done. I lived at hawks landing for 2 years and its so pleasant here I will be living here a third year. The staff is always nice. Especially the Assistant Manger Ashley she is always in a positive mood. She also has fixed the few problems that I have encountered here in a responsible and timely manner. She is a major reason why my stay at hawks has been pleasant and stress free.
