Staff is very pleasant and efficient clean waiting room Always buy my cars from Hassett and always service my car there.
Excellent and outstanding sales experience with slowly improving service department. May be the sales manager could give some pointers to the service manager.

Recently purchased a mustang from hasset of wantagh. My salesman was al valaroso. He made the buying process pain free fast and easy. Definitely one of my best car buying experiences.
Took a day off work to bring my crosstrek in for service. Left the car at 8:30 and got a call from the dealership at 2:30 that they had no time to look at my car because they were still backed up from the day before. I understand back ups. My problem is that I did not get a phone call the previous day to change my appointment to a day when they would actually be able to look at my vehicle.
