Treated me terribly. I went to Grand Prix Subaru in Hicksville. They were awesome. Got an Outback and we love it. Hate is a bad word, but a 1 is accurate.
I took car in for a mandatory air bag recall. I walked in expecting a loaner. They refused. Fine. I had to call and wake up my wife to pick me up from Hassett. Then when I picked up the car, I noticed that the steering wheel horn cap had been damaged. Not only did the damage the silver mustang logo, but they also forced the cover in damaging the edges.
Salesman was extremely knowledgeable about my vehicle and all the current incentives. Enjoyed my experience.
I had a great experience with Hassett on my 2016 and my 2018 MKZ -Sales (John D is great and the girls in Service department are always friendly. I had an appointment to pick-up my car at 3pm on September 27th and I was out and in my new car by 3:45. It was a great experience. Thank you Hassett
