He was very helpful to me, all of my questions were answered. He did everything I asked him to do. Anyone looking for a truck or a car he would be the best person to go to!!! Everybody there was helpful. I think he deserved 5 stars.

I just leased a 2018 Ford Escape that I am super happy with and Hassett was great. I’ve been to a couple different ford dealerships pricing around for what I wanted and I will say Levittown was the worst. Dennis from Hassett worked with me to get to my price range on the exact car I wanted and was super professional and a breeze to work with. Hopefully my service experience will go just as seamless. This is my second car through Hassett Ford and my 1st unhappy experience. My 2017 Ford Escape has been back and forth 4x’s and the issue still is not resolved. Because they can not simulate the problem they think it’s not happening. The was dealing with Ross who does not know how to speak with customers. This is my 2nd lease of the Escape, I love it and the dealership especially my sales person, Michael Scannello. My husband and have used him in the past and his service and knowledge are exceptional. I would definitely recommend them.
