RecommendedThe Hassett service department consistently demonstrates the meaning of customer satisfaction. recently had last minute brake issues with my MKX, called and got Alex on the phone described the problem and without an appointment got me in 15 minutes later and was out within the hour. This is only the most recent example. I've been a Hassett customer for about 20 years and this is my normal experience. Thanks Hassett service department, 5 stars again!
In Early November (2018) our 2004 Expedition broke down when we were visiting L.I. from Virginia. We left the truck at Hasset Ford, and had nothing but exemplary service from start to finish. They were very accommodating, and Bill Aherns in the service department kept us up to date in real time on the progress of repairs! Picked the car up a few days later and it’s been running great since! If we lived on L.I. We would definetly be customers!
