RecommendedFrom first walking in to leaving, everyone was very friendly. This is my 2nd time leasing from Hassett Ford, both times my salesman was Tim. He knew just what I wanted and needed and took care of everything. My Fusion is a pleasure to drive. I will be back in 3 years to lease another car from Hassett.
RecommendedJust leased my second Ford Edge. This is the first time I can honestly say I had a wonderful leasing experience . I worked with Alex K and manager Lou . They are the reason I'm back at Hassett. Keep up the great work making people happy . So far I love my Edge .
Time and time again I have been disappointed with the Subaru service department. My car was there for 7 weeks while the engine was being repaired under warranty. The service advisors try to insist that you do unnecessary work on your vehicle and when you question them they have no legitimate answer. They have ensured I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership or return to their service department. They really don’t value their customers.
Service dept doesn’t know how to handle a customer who leased a Navigator from them. Car has been in their hand more than it’s been in mine ( yet I’m still paying my monthly payment ) 🤔not sure how that works... I have one of the largest cars in neighborhood but because of the service dept I can’t participate in the carpools... so ridiculous Stay away
RecommendedThe finance manager Dan and our salesman Alex worked hard to get me into a 2019 Fusion Hybrid with the right price and financing options. I am extremely happy with the services they provide at Hassett I am and will be a repeat customer.
