This is the third car I bought from Hassett and I just really enjoy the camaraderie they have with you as soon as I walk into the shop they know me by name. I am on my 4th Navigator with Hassett. With John Fanuzzi for the past 3 leases, he is the best. There is nothing I like about car shopping. John is honest, patient and thorough. He makes it all very easy and painless. When it came time to pick up my new Navigator, it was a very hard time with family illnesses. John knew this and did everything before I got there.
