Alex Klein was my salesman. Let me tell you that he was great.He really went above and beyond for me. My lease for my Chrysler 300 was up and I found out they were discontinuing it. I looked around for another car. BMW , Cadillac Jeep and I wound up getting the Lincoln MKZ . Alex showed me how all the options worked and really took his time with me. So far I love the car. I give Alex a ten out of ten. Hasset is lucky to have him.

I have a 2016 Ford Fusion, which I purchased brand new. I have been extremely happy with the car, and after three years, I still get compliments on the way it looks. The only service it has required so far are regular oil changes. I use the Ford Service center, which usually is a very positive experience. However, the last time I was there, they forgot to reset the Oil Change Indicator. After a couple of weeks, the light went on that the car was low on oil.
