The sales person Rich was very easy to work with he was not pushy at all. James the financial manager was also a pleasure to work with. My husband and I are very happy with the MKZ.
We had a wonderful salesman Mike Scanello. He was very helpful and answered all our questions. When we picked up the car he helped us set up the app and reviewed everything in the car in detail.

Good service has always been an important issue for me when I get a car. I want it quick, courteous, and with minimal grief. Hassett has been my number one choice for years. There are so many options to choose from (Consierge service, loaner cars, make ahead appointments...) and the staff there has never made me feel like I was unwelcome no matter how busy they are. I would recommend Hassett service to everyone who’s looking for the best, most hassle free experience possible.
My sales person Steve was great.. love my 2019 Nautilus..I traded in my 2017 MKC for 2019 Nautilus the deals for December are crazy..
