Terrible customer service. Explorer with 5,000 miles and transmission needs to be changed. The have the truck for 2 weeks and can’t tell us when it will be fixed. Also trying to make us pay for a rental. Told us to call ford and they said it’s the dealerships responsibility. No help from ford or Hassett.
