I recently leased a 2019 explorer platinum, salesman was good but me and my wife set a budget and what we got quoted was good. When I went to pick up the new car I got the old going to be more money scheme. I am not happy and will never go back. You don’t wait till the last minute to decide price is going to be $30 more a month. Bad business practice but guess they need money more than me
The day after Christmas 2018. I knew i wanted to visit Hassett b4 the crowd. Getting to the front door was little confusing. but glad we found our way in. we met & worked with Daniel Varela and Scott, from Finance. They worked with us getting what we wanted at the buget we were looking for. deligently with patients. We found a match. six hrs later we ended up buying Ruby Mkc. thats what we named her. Thank You Hassett

The service team was very polite, knowledgeable, honest and helpful. They took the time to call me and let me know what was happening each step of the way. I feel the quality of the work is great and i feel the issue i had with my car is fixed 100%. I highly recommend the Hassett Ford service department!
