I brought my 2003 Ford Focus in for an oil change, tire rotation, battery check. As usual the service was excellent. All issues were explained clearly. I came in at 7:30 A.M. and was out by 8:30 A.M.
The service is the most helpful and courteous staff. Makes a "must do" an easy process.....That goes for the sales team as well for sure!!
Flawless experience from start to finish. Howard worked extremely hard to not only make sure it was a smooth transaction, but made sure we were well informed. He was more than patient with my questions that some would consider to be silly. James was great in making sure we understood all of our financing and extra options. Thank you all for a great experience.

I made an appointment a month in advance for 7:30 am on a Tuesday. It is now Thursday afternoon and they “may” get to it today. Completely unprofessional and disorganized. No one has called me with updates, I have had to call and inquire about the status and get a different story each time. I am now waiting for the service manager Bob to call me. I am sure that won’t happen. Do yourself a favor and take it to a different Ford center!!
Great service never had a problem with them.They always were there to help when needed. I bought 3 new cars from them and will continue to do so.
I give them a four only because I am that person five means perfection and nothing or nobody is perfect. However I purchased my car in July of 2017 my transaction went smoothly (cough cough ok car purchases are hell but it was as smooth as possible lol.) I have never used a dealership for service before because they are normally overinflated in price but since I really don’t have a mechanic right now I’m trying out the dealership for service.
