This was the first time I was disappointed since bringing my 2015 Edge in for service. The inspection was due and because we are driving to Florida we asked for everything to be checked. That was fine. That was on Thurs. We were called that day and told the alignment couldn't be done until the next day. OK!! Customer’s Beware!!! Just had a grease & oil at Hassett Subaru in Wantagh! Went there because THEY sent me a coupon for $39.95 for an oil change!! Was then told they will not honor the coupon, it’s just for Fords!! I don’t have a Ford, they know i have a Subaru, I leased it there!! Why send me a letter with a coupon attached saying their records show I need a oil change, then NOT honor the coupon! Click bait I guess!! A very unhappy customer!!
Fred was very helpful and not pushy at all. The car sold itself without any pressure. Plus the gave me the best deal without even asking
I recently traded my ford for a honda. At honda they gave me a car fax of my Ford which ford did not give me and to my surprise the ford was in an accident before I purchased it. Honda told me by law they are suppose to give that to me so I know what I'm dealing with. Had i known this i wouldn't have purchased it, I guess that's Ford's point not to disclose so you just buy. I would never go back to Bassett ford. Do yourself a favor don't purchase anything from them. They LIE!!!!
