Recently bought a Ford Fusion at Hassett of Wantagh. Had a most rewarding experience. Our sales person, John Fanuzzi was not only courteous, professional,and knowledgeable but also was "tuned" in to my automotive needs. I Highly recommend doing business with Hassett. All staff are very helpful (Alex, Service Manager, is also great). For a change, buying a new car was a rewarding experience.
My first and final deal with parts dept. I had them order me 4 seat bolts that hold the seat to the floor and a few miscellaneous items. Something so simple but yet still took 45 minutes on the phone to describe this to them. Took 2 weeks to come in and when I went to pick them up, i waited about 25-30 minutes cause 1 guy just kept telling me "you have to wait, im on the phone". Wouldn't buy a car here again. Pat and Sue in the Registration Department have taken 6 months to register my car. There was no issue taking my money to buy the car but getting it registered....lots of unresponsive and unresolved issues. Buyer beware!
Love Hassett... my wife has leased 3 Ford Escapes from them... very professional, helpful, and courteous, from our salesman Rich to the finance manager Ed and the service staff... You've made Hassett Ford fans for life!!!
