The service department is extremely gelpful. I truly did not want to keep my MKZ that I bought from a dealer that is no longer an authorized Lincoln dealer, and went to three other Lincoln service centers, that did not deserve to have the Lincoln name? A friend told me to try Hassett and I am glad I didi. They provide the service one expects from a Lincoln.

The service dept is the best..not only is the service excellent there workmanship as well..I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend hassetts service department. I made the mistake of going to another Ford service center in Hempstead and it was disastrous and Hassett came to the rescue and put my truck back together...thank you to Stacey who works behind the counter for always providing GREAT service. Clean showroom with a good selection of vehicles on the lot. There was a small price discrepancy regarding remote start when we picked up the vehicle but the sales rep settled that after a bit of back-and-forth. Overall a good experience and we would go back.
I had a positive experience while buying my vehicle dealing with Anthony. Unfortunately each time I went in for service I complained that my Bluetooth would drop. Initially I was told it could be my phone etc...when I changed phones to an IPhone and the issues became worse I again spoke to the service center. After complaining at each service a total of four times they replaced the radio....the problems continued. After I complained on the survey a supervisor called and stated he would call me back .
