Treat customers like poop. Act like they didn't touch a car but in fact moved it and then said they didn't move it and actually messed with it
Ignorance when dealing with modded cars. Avoid at all costs!
Ridiculous service to a friend of mines mustang. Treated him terribly and messed with components of his vehicle that should not have been touched
Dont bring your vehicle here for any kind of service period don't even shop here.
Poor service, horrible people to deal with no respect for the cars they work on.
Passed on my own horrible experience when my car needed to be serviced at this dealership but, now I hear that they continuously to treat their customers poorly disgusts me. Given they treated myself poorly in June 2015 and now a friend almost a year a half later, also given that I know their underwriting staff hasn't changed, the ownership clearly doesn't care about their customers after they invest a lot of money into their vehicles. I advise everyone to avoid this dealership at all costs.
Recently leased a 2017 Subaru Outback. My Salesman Al Omar got me exactly the price I was looking for. Was very helpful and informative getting me setup with the car. Thanks Al!
