Hassett service department is staffed with a great customer service team of knowledgeable service consultants who take the time to listen to you. Service department is always clean looking and comfortable if you have to wait. Overall experience was terrific! Thanks Team!
Went there last week for an oil change, tire rotation, NYS inspection and a brake light change. The oil change and rotation went off without a hitch. The brake light was another story. I was told I needed a $311 module because that was the only way the light could be changed. And my 5yr/100k warranty wouldn't cover it. To be fair they came up with a way to save me just over 2/3 of the bill. However I went on You Tube and found a how to video on my exact car on how to change the bulb without a module. The service advisers are fantastic, they work well with scheduling and keeping on time for your service needs. The service technicians do an amazing job and I have always been satisfied with the service and the reasonable cost of service at hassett.
The best dealership experience I ever experienced. Great professional service from both the sales & finance teams. Very honest and no twist or turns. My low tire pressure light came on my vehicle when I was out at a meeting in Farmingdale so I stopped in the service department on my way home to West Hempstead to have my tires checked. Alex, who always is the one to check in my car, was there, took care of my car. Told me I had picked up a nail and had the hole plugged in 10 minutes. Service department is great and my Lincoln salesman, John Fanuzzi is always a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Hassett for the great people you employee! (I have a 2015 MKZ)
