They did a good job. My oil change only took about 30 minutes and the service manager was friendly and informative.
Horrible experience trying to get a refund on Extended Warranty. Business office is THE WORST, wont return calls takes no ownership of the issue they caused, couldn't be more disappointed!!! I waited two months, I've spent hours on the phone with Nissan. WHY IS THAT??? Because the idiots at Harte sent my $595 refund they received from Nissan back to Nissan AND NOT TO ME! YOU GOTTA HAVE HARTE- I DON'T THINK SO, & I'm still waiting on the check
