I love Harte Nissan , exceptional service, great sales team , managers are very friendly and welcoming.
I am very upset with the service at this dealership in the service department.
I am very unhappy with Harte, I was referred by a friend and regret going here for service. I will not be back for an oil change or anything else.
Unfortunately I am only able to comment on the lack of experience with Harte Nissan, rather than experience with. I contacted a sales person last week looking for information on leasing a new vehicle (I have been a long time Nissan customer). I gave her all of my information and explained that with a 3 year old it was easier to get as much done over the phone or online as possible. She seemed to be understanding and told me she would get some information and give me a call back. Needless to say, I have yet to hear from her!
I have been to Harte Nissan on two occasions to service my faulty seatbelts and both times they have put black and brown stains on my seats. and the second time it happened i brought it in for a detailing that turned out to be atrocious a 5 year old could have done a better job. And then on top of that i had the manager telk me that he thinks it wasnt them rhat put the stains the audacity, needless to say i will never take my car to be serviced there AGAIN.
Customer service suck they look dead in your eyes and still rip you off for every dollar they can get from you make sure you cover the seats put something on your mats because if they do, it's going to cost you, everything adds up fast if the computer can't find the problem for them it's going to cost you another $140.75 don't believe me bring your car Harte Nissan in hartford ct you will be sorry the day step in that dealership I would love to see this on chanel 3 news
