Had an 11am appointment for an OIL CHANGE on 1/29/16. After 1 hr of waiting which usual seems to happen, a sales rep informs me that they did services to my vehicle I did not ask for. So had to wait another 30mins for them to put my original parts back into the car which forced me to miss an appointment after this. No apologies or acknowledgment for the amount of time or mess ups on their part. Then as I get to my vehicle my tires are all muddy as if they just took it for a joyride. Extremely disappointed. Chose this particular dealership because of a "sale". Well apparently there was no sale. They will say anything to get u there. The saleslady was very deceptive. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
My experience at Harte Nissan of Hartford was wonderful! I purchased two vehicles from this dealership and both times my sales rep, John H., and the finance person, Annie, were both very professional and respectful and very welcoming and calming. U call that a launch party?? Going to a different Nissan dealer to test drive the 2016 Maxima. What a waste of my time!!
I've been here 3 times and walked the grounds looking for a new vehicle over the years. Not 1 time was I approached by a salesman. Even walked inside looked at what was inside and walked out. Still wasn't asked if I needed help. Now mind you multiple salesman looked at me and made eye contact but just looked away and continued doing what they were doing. I was extremely interested in a Rogue.. Not anymore.
I brought my 2013 Rogue in for service. The service adviser jeremy was great to deal with. they were very efficient in doing my oil change I would recommend them to everyone i know that has nissan's i look forward to dealing with them again in the future
