Recommendedmy husband and I went here after going through a HORRIBLE experience with a local "mom and pop" dealership less than a week ago. we were approached by Ben Gallup a salesperson who was extremely pleasant and never once haggled us. Poor service, didn’t set a reasonable expectation in time! Won’t come back.
Had a great experience purchasing a Rogue from Damen at Harte Nissan of Hartford. Damen carefully walks us through all viable options he had on his lot and went above and beyond to give us satisfaction. Michaels and Scott were very helpful to provide the informative about all the specs of the vehicle. I would definitely recommend Harte Nissan to to anybody looking to purchase a Nissan in the near future.
My husband and I went in with all 3 of our kids. Lavon was amazing and patient with all of us. I was a little hesitant to go to Harte because of things that I have heard in the past...but this experience was literally the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever had.

My experience was excellent at Harry Nissan, my sales person Scott was very pleasant and informative and the finance manager was very professional and informative also. I was in and out in less than three hours. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. I am so happy with my new car. Excellent staff.
If you drop your car off to be serviced don’t expect a call back. I had to call several times to find out what was going on with my car just to be told they would call me back but they never do. Left my car there at 8:30 on a Friday morning was told they would call me but never did so I called them and was again told they would call me back but never did instead they left for their weekend just to leave me hanging until Monday maybe it’s only Saturday so we will se I don’t have my hopes up.
