I purchased a 2017 Nissan Rogue SL one year ago. That same evening I got it home, it rained, the roof leaked and was taking in large amounts of water. I brought the car back and was assured the problem was resolved, that all necessary parts were replaced. Here we are almost exactly 1 year later, I am driving home from work and my car is leaking a ton of water from the roof again!!!! When I call, no one is available to take the call. DO NOT TRUST HARTE NISSAN OF HARTFORD.
Service Rep Victor Schmidt is the best. He cares and is willing to go out of his way to make the customer happy. Victor has helped me out over last two service calls and is appreciated. Please recognize his dedication to your company.

buying was as painless as it could be, I don't think its ever painless 100 percent. good rebates on new cars. Very disorganized all around with buying process and communication but they got the job done and put in the work.
They take forever to do 1 thing. 2 hours for a battery change ????

The guys at Harte Nissan in East Hartford were truly life savers. I came in to the location in a panic because I needed a new car. I wasn't fully prepared to buy a car on that day as I thought my car was running fine.. It was not. I walked in on a Sunday and they had me looking at a brand new Sentra SR with 6 miles on it, I fell in love with it, and the fact that it was going to bring me to work.
