Their service manager should not be a manager let alone an employee. You don’t have a part in stock and laughs and tells me I have bad luck. Then tells me to rent a car so I can get to work on time. I had the best experience at Harte Nissan the entire time. But after today I will never step foot nor lease, purchase another vehicle from this dealership again. Especially after I’ve sent multiple people there successfully.

Great dealership when you call there and someone named "V" hangs up on you! I bought a truck from you and you were nothing but a disappointment!!! $24k truck that had serious safety issues but you people couldn't even call back when numerous calls were placed to you. I wish you would stop sending me letters I will never buy a vehicle from you ever again you have failed, and you have lost our trust!
