No such thing at customer services at Harrow School pool. The management can not be reasoned with and they take great pains to belittle you should you complain. They change swim times and days without notice as they make it clear that they are doing you a favour y letting you use the facilities .. even though you are a paying membership. Pool is filled over capacity. Pompous and self-important. Avoid.
Went to football here and THEY ALL ARE PRO COACHES!
We joined the gymnastics summer camp for 4-12yo kids class, the teachers are well trained and make all the kids enjoy the activities, the venue is nice and tidy I am considering to join the swimming lessons as well.
