Had a good relaxin time after Alabama Grand Court. The room was extra nice Ann's very comfortable.
I love staying at Hard Rock! The front desk, room service, housekeeping, etc, they take excellent care of the guests. I just got off the phone with "Georgina", and she was so helpful in booking my next room! She exudes the epitome of excellence in customer care!
Love the casino. But the food was terrible. $120 for 4 at the buffet and it wasn't worth it.
On November 7, 2016 at 9:30 p.m....I finally remembered that roughly about 2 or so months ago that the Hard Rock sent me an offer on a jacket. My wife and I went and was told they were out of stock on majority of the sizes. The marketing employees have told us that they were going to order the specific size I need and will notify me by email in which I NEVER RECEIVED! Had a fun weekend and love the spa! Can't wait to go back. We love the concerts also.
Excellent place to visit, gamble a little, eat at an elegant place and catch a concert!!
Conveniently located so that you can either walk or easily drive to attractions, GREAT staff, awesome food, concert venue is great and of course - how awesome is it to be able to just walk downstairs from your room and see whatever show it is you've traveled there for? Plus they upgraded us to a room with a sunset view!! Already making plans for a return trip!!
