The waitresses on the gambling floor was horrible. Ordered a drink while playing at a table and never received the drink after 45 mins of playing. Asked the waitress that took my drink order and she lied and said she came back by and I was not there. Plus the deck shuffle machine kept breaking every 3-4 minutes. They charge an extra $5 for crab legs on top of a $25 expense for a buffet that is worse than Golden Coral. I don't recommend the Hard Rock and will take my business to the Golden Nugget or Harrahs.

We love the Hard Rock! It ROCKS! I hate reading all these negative comments. I don't believe that is how it is. I stay in both the Royal & Platinum Towers and both are upscale contemporary rooms. They comp me Really well and give me the Best gifts. I Always have a blast. My Favorite Casino Resort on the Coast.
Went to the buffet on a Friday evening. No one eating the selection of food was bad. To eat crab legs cost extra and the staff not so professional.
I use to love going to Hard Rock but now with employees that post anti-law enforcement post on social media I will not visit there again.
The room was beautiful and the view was amazing. But for what I paid it better be. There were a couple issues however. The TV had issues with maintaining a signal, the in room hot tub has silt inside the blowers. But the food at the Hard Rock Cafe was amazing! Fall off the bone ribs.
We came from new orleans and when I walked into my room, it was a surprised how beautiful this room was and had music playing for us. they put us in royal tower, Was a great stay n will be back soon
Drove 2:30 over to go to hard rock from Pensacola to bring my grandma her first casino EVER! We had a descent time, but not once during our 3-4 hour visit did a waitress check on us even though all 3 of us were gambling. One waitress kinda bumped into my Grandma to get by us since we were walking slow and she almost fell as she has trouble walking. I spent my birthday in the platinum tower and enjoyed every minute of it. I had a fun time in the casino and enjoyed eating at both 24/7 & Satisfaction ( the buffet).
